As you know, that earlier I planned to visit Europe for 2 months and then later I changed it to 30 days. when I asked you for the cancellation, you did that. And when I requested you to adjust the cancellation charges and issue me a new policy for 30 days, to my surprise, I got an immediate positive response from you, not only this, you also resolved my problem over the phone without any delay which is very hard to happen these days. I am thankful to you and all of your collegues and seniors who helped and guided you to adjust my cancellation charges. It is not about adjusting a nominal amount  or so rather it is purely about the satisfactory and customer oriented services I get from you.
